The Hawaii Convention Center was turned into the Sydney Airport in Lost where Oceanic Flight 815 departs on the way to Los Angeles before crashing on the island. It's seen in multiple flashbacks throughout the first several seasons.

It took eighteen episodes of Lost before Hurley finally got a flashback, which by then Kate, Jack, Sawyer and Charlie each had two apiece.
The interior scenes at Hurley's mental institution were filmed at the Laniakea YWCA in Honolulu. It's featured when we find out a little about the numbers in season one and also in season two's 'Dave,' one of Lost's goofier and more confusing episodes, which I guess is saying a lot.

This Popeyes Fried Chicken in Honolulu was dressed up as a Mr. Cluck's Chicken Shack for the episode in season 2 of Lost when Hurley wins the lottery. It was destroyed with some cut-rate CGI in season 3.

In Lost season 1, while Sayid is busy getting tortured by Rousseau, Hurley sets up a golf course to help everyone else deal with the stress of cave living. The course was located in the Ka'a'awa Valley at Kualoa Ranch on the Hawaiian island of Oahu where the majority of Lost was filmed.
Kualoa Ranch is a popular filming location. Movies shot here include Jurassic Park, Godzilla (2000) and Pearl Harbor (2001).
